Our Client purchased a vacant property to find that it had severe structural damage which caused a partial collapse of the building.

THE WORK:
LEC developed construction documents to provide engineered solutions reflecting the requirements to temporarily support, demolish, and reconstruct the collapsed portion of the building. We also developed a structural assessment report to satisfy open Philadelphia L&I violations and meet the requirements for a make-safe permit.
